Industrial accident at warehouse near Gold Reef City, Gauteng

At 08h30 on Friday morning Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an industrial accident at a warehouse near Gold Reef City, Gauteng. Reports from the scene indicate that the man in his twenties fell from the second story of the warehouse. Exact detail to the cause will form part of the South African Police investigation.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the ground with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics worked fervently at the scene to stabilise the man, and after placing him on a ventilator, they immobilised him on a spinal board before transporting him to hospital.
